AutoCAD Drafter

Position Overview 

We are looking for an experienced AutoCAD Drafter to convert PDF plans and hand‑drawn sketches into clean, professional CAD drawings. The drafter must ensure accuracy by verifying scales before delivery, as even minor errors can render plans unusable. This role requires precision, technical expertise, and a strong commitment to quality drafting outputs.

Key Responsibilities

• Convert PDF plans and sketches into accurate AutoCAD drawings.
• Verify and apply correct scales to all drawings before submission.
• Produce clean, precise, and project‑ready drafting outputs.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to clarify requirements.
• Revise and update drawings based on feedback or site conditions.
• Maintain organized drawing files and documentation for project records.
• Deliver outputs within agreed timelines while adhering to quality standards.

Qualifications

Education & Experience

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Drafting Technology, or related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of professional experience in AutoCAD drafting.
• Demonstrated ability to convert PDF/sketches into scaled CAD drawings.

Technical Skills

• Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of architectural standards, construction methods, and detailing.
• Ability to verify and apply correct scales with precision.
• Familiarity with Revit or other CAD/BIM tools is an advantage.
