Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Online Reputation Manager to join our growing team. As an Online Reputation Manager, you will be responsible for monitoring and managing our clients' online reputation and ensuring a positive online presence. This is a full-time, remote position with a workload of 40 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor and manage the online presence of our clients across various platforms, including social media, review sites, and search engines

- Respond to online reviews, comments, and messages in a timely and professional manner

- Implement strategies to improve and maintain a positive online reputation for our clients

- Conduct regular audits to identify any potential reputation issues and address them proactively

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement online reputation management campaigns

- Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in online reputation management and make recommendations to improve our processes

- Provide regular reports and analysis on the online reputation of our clients

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in online reputation management, preferably in a virtual assistant or agency setting

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their management tools

- Proven track record of successfully managing and improving online reputations

- Ability to multitask and manage multiple clients' online reputations simultaneously

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Detail-oriented and able to work independently with minimal supervision

- Experience with SEO and digital marketing is a plus
