Invoicing Specialist & Data Entry
Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry & Invoicing Specialist to support daily administrative and billing operations. The ideal candidate has experience with accurate data entry, invoice generation, and maintaining organized records.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter and update data accurately in company systems and spreadsheets.
- Generate and process customer invoices in a timely manner.
- Review invoices for accuracy and resolve discrepancies as needed.
- Maintain organized records of invoices, payments, and supporting documentation.
- Assist with tracking billing information and updating customer accounts.
- Perform routine data audits to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
- Support administrative and accounting teams with additional clerical tasks.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in data entry and invoice generation.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets.
- Experience with accounting or invoicing software is preferred.
