Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry & Invoicing Specialist to support daily administrative and billing operations. The ideal candidate has experience with accurate data entry, invoice generation, and maintaining organized records.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enter and update data accurately in company systems and spreadsheets.
  • Generate and process customer invoices in a timely manner.
  • Review invoices for accuracy and resolve discrepancies as needed.
  • Maintain organized records of invoices, payments, and supporting documentation.
  • Assist with tracking billing information and updating customer accounts.
  • Perform routine data audits to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
  • Support administrative and accounting teams with additional clerical tasks.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in data entry and invoice generation.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets.
  • Experience with accounting or invoicing software is preferred.
