About
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support a Property Management Field Manager with daily administrative and communication tasks. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, responsive, and capable of managing multiple priorities while maintaining professional communication with tenants, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and respond to emails in a timely and professional manner.
- Communicate with vendors regarding maintenance requests, scheduling, and follow-ups.
- Assist with coordinating property management-related tasks and appointments.
- Track and organize ongoing projects, service requests, and vendor communications.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of correspondence and completed tasks.
- Provide administrative support to the Property Management Field Manager as needed.
- Follow up on outstanding issues and ensure tasks are completed within deadlines.
- Handle general virtual assistant duties to support daily operations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role preferred.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Professional and courteous communication style.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet work environment.

- Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM EST
