Property and Casualty Insurance Brokerage Assistant

Position Overview 

The Property and Casualty Insurance Brokerage Assistant will support brokerage operations by communicating directly with clients, gathering essential information, and ensuring accurate documentation of insurance policies. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage client relationships with professionalism and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing timely updates.
  • Collect and verify client information necessary for property and casualty insurance applications.
  • Assist brokers in preparing quotes, proposals, and policy documentation.
  • Maintain accurate records of client communications, policy details, and compliance requirements.
  • Coordinate with underwriters and carriers to facilitate smooth processing of applications and renewals.
  • Support administrative tasks including scheduling, filing, and database management.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, industry regulations, and confidentiality standards.

Qualifications

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field preferred.
  • Prior experience in insurance, brokerage, or client service roles is an advantage.
