Job Overview:

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated LinkedIn Recruiter to join our team. As a LinkedIn Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying and recruiting top talent for our clients through the use of LinkedIn and other job search platforms. This is a full-time, remote position that offers a competitive salary and the opportunity to work with a dynamic and growing company.

Key Responsibilities:

- Utilize LinkedIn and other job search platforms to identify and connect with potential candidates for various positions

- Screen and review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates

- Conduct phone and video interviews with potential candidates to assess their skills and qualifications

- Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates to create a talent pipeline for future job openings

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies

- Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and making job offers

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and recruitment best practices to continuously improve the recruitment process

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field

- At least 2 years of experience as a recruiter, preferably with a focus on LinkedIn recruitment

- Strong understanding of LinkedIn and other job search platforms

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

- Strong organizational and time-management skills

- Proven track record of successfully filling positions with qualified candidates

- Experience in a remote work environment is a plus
