Position Overview 

The Operations Coordinator ensures smooth day‑to‑day management of property listings, tenant relations, and operational workflows. This role supports agents, management, and clients by coordinating communications, tracking activities, and maintaining accurate records across platforms. The coordinator plays a key role in ensuring leads, listings, and deals progress efficiently while upholding professional standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage property listings across online platforms (e.g., Facebook Marketplace, Zillow).
  • Call and follow up with leads to maintain engagement and move deals forward.
  • Track agent activity and update records in Google Sheets or CRM systems.
  • Collect, organize, and process documents using Adobe Sign, Outlook, or similar tools.
  • Coordinate communication with agents, tenants, and clients via WhatsApp, email, and phone.
  • Support management with administrative tasks and operational reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with property management policies and tenant requirements.
  • Monitor progress of leads, listings, and deals to ensure timely completion.

🎯 Qualifications

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field preferred.
  • 1–2 years of experience in property management, operations, or administrative support.

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel for tracking and reporting.
  • Experience managing property listings on digital platforms.
  • Familiarity with WhatsApp, Outlook, and Adobe Sign for communication and documentation.
  • Knowledge of property management processes and tenant relations.

  • Sunday: 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM
  • Monday – Thursday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Friday: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM
