Position Description

We are seeking a talented Music Producer & Engineer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for editing vocals, producing music tracks, and ensuring high-quality sound output. This role requires technical expertise, creativity, and the ability to collaborate effectively with artists and team members.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit, mix, and master vocals to professional release standards.
• Create, arrange, and produce music tracks across various genres.
• Operate and manage studio equipment and software efficiently.
• Collaborate with artists, songwriters, and producers to achieve desired sound.
• Ensure all tracks meet industry standards for streaming and distribution.
• Maintain organized project files and studio workflow.
• Stay updated on emerging trends, tools, and techniques in music production.

Qualifications

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Music Production, Audio Engineering, or equivalent experience preferred.
• Proven experience in music production and audio engineering.

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in Logic Pro X, Pro Tools, and Cubase.
• Strong knowledge of audio effects, EQ, compression, and sound design.
• Ability to edit and enhance vocal recordings with precision.
• Familiarity with mixing and mastering techniques for professional release.

Soft Skills

• Excellent attention to detail and creative problem-solving.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Work Schedule

• Daily Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST
