Bilingual Dispatcher (Uzbek–English)

Position Overview 

We are seeking a detail‑oriented and communicative Bilingual Dispatcher fluent in Uzbek and English to manage transportation schedules, coordinate drivers, and ensure smooth communication between clients and operations teams. The role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to handle time‑sensitive logistics, and professionalism in passenger or freight transportation services.

Key Responsibilities

• Dispatch drivers according to schedules, routes, and client requirements.
• Communicate effectively in both Uzbek and English with drivers, clients, and internal staff.
• Monitor trips and service progress to ensure timely transportation.
• Handle incoming calls, messages, and service requests promptly.
• Maintain accurate dispatch logs, schedules, and performance reports.
• Resolve scheduling conflicts, delays, and emergencies with sound judgment.
• Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to uphold service quality.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and transportation regulations.

Qualifications

Education & Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree in logistics, business, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in dispatching, logistics, or transportation coordination (passenger).

Skills & Competencies

• Fluency in both Uzbek and English (spoken and written).
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Clear and professional communication skills.
• Proficiency with dispatching software, GPS systems, and MS Office tools.
• Ability to remain calm and decisive under pressure.
• Strong problem‑solving and conflict‑resolution skills.
