RBT/BCBA Recruiter (Behavioral Health)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven RBT/BCBA Recruiter to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to support our behavioral health operations. This role requires a strong understanding of the ABA industry, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain a robust candidate pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source, attract, and recruit qualified RBT and BCBA candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, referrals, and networking events.
  • Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to offer acceptance and onboarding.
  • Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and candidate databases.
  • Build and nurture talent pipelines for current and future staffing needs.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and hiring priorities.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Monitor recruitment metrics and provide regular hiring updates and reports.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and best practices in behavioral health recruitment.

Qualifications

  • Previous recruitment experience in Behavioral Health, ABA Therapy, or Healthcare Staffing required.
  • Proven experience recruiting RBTs and BCBAs preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of ABA terminology, credential requirements, and licensing standards.
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and various sourcing platforms.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple openings and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience with remote recruiting and multi-state hiring is an advantage.
