Operations Manager / EOS Integrator

Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced and highly organised Operations Manager / EOS Integrator to take ownership of day-to-day operations, systems, processes, and accountability across the business.

This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who is comfortable working with busy visionaries and senior management, bringing structure to a growing organisation, and ensuring that plans and priorities are consistently executed.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) and be confident implementing processes, systems, KPIs, and accountability structures across teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the company's leadership team and visionaries to turn strategic goals into actionable plans
  • Act as the operational bridge between leadership and the wider team
  • Implement and maintain EOS processes and operating rhythms
  • Develop, document, and improve company-wide processes, systems, and SOPs
  • Identify operational bottlenecks and implement practical solutions
  • Establish clear responsibilities, expectations, KPIs, and performance standards
  • Hold management and employees accountable for agreed responsibilities and deadlines
  • Track priorities, projects, and deliverables to ensure they are completed on time
  • Run or support structured management meetings and follow up on action items
  • Ensure teams are aligned with company goals and priorities
  • Create greater consistency, efficiency, and accountability across the organisation
  • Continuously review existing processes and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Help leadership make better operational decisions using data, reporting, and measurable results
  • Support the implementation and adoption of new technology and AI tools
  • Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

EOS Experience – Essential

The successful candidate must have a strong working knowledge of EOS and understand how to use EOS principles to improve business operations.

Technology & Systems

The successful candidate should be comfortable using technology to improve business efficiency.

Experience with the following is highly desirable:

  • ClickUp
  • EOS platforms / EOS tools
  • AI productivity tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, and similar AI platforms
  • Project and task management systems
  • Process documentation and workflow tools
