Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and professional Client Coordinator to support daily rental operations and ensure a seamless client experience. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, is detail-oriented, and can effectively manage client interactions, scheduling, and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Follow up with clients and leads through phone, email, or messaging platforms.
  • Respond promptly to inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate calendars efficiently.
  • Update and maintain accurate client information in the company system.
  • Assist with daily rental operations and administrative tasks.
  • Track leads and ensure timely follow-up to maximize conversions.
  • Coordinate with internal team members to ensure smooth operations and client satisfaction.
  • Maintain organized records and documentation.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in client coordination, customer service, or administrative support preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
  • Experience with Asana or similar project management software is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
