Key Responsibilities
- Follow up with clients and leads through phone, email, or messaging platforms.
- Respond promptly to inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate calendars efficiently.
- Update and maintain accurate client information in the company system.
- Assist with daily rental operations and administrative tasks.
- Track leads and ensure timely follow-up to maximize conversions.
- Coordinate with internal team members to ensure smooth operations and client satisfaction.
- Maintain organized records and documentation.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in client coordination, customer service, or administrative support preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Experience with Asana or similar project management software is a plus.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
